What Will We Be Discussing?
The Paramedic Chiefs of Canada Leadership Competency Framework describes the competencies and behaviors considered most essential to the performance of EMS leaders throughout the country. Many of our members were unable to make it to the PCC Annual Conference in Saskatoon this last June and that is why we have decided to repeat this important presentation. Along with an overview of the framework, this presentation will include how to use the framework, and describe the companion documents that will support it. This exciting piece of work lays the foundation for defining and describing a set of skills, knowledge, abilities, attributes, experience, personality traits and motivators to enhance both your personal and organizational leadership growth.
Who will be Speaking?
Pascal Rodier, MA, MStJ is an Operations Manager with Ambulance New Brunswick’s St. John District and a member of the Paramedic Chiefs of Canada Leadership Development Committee. Pascal is co-author of the PCC Leadership Framework and one of the PCC Mentorship Team, mentoring other paramedic leaders in Canada.
