What Will We Be Discussing?
Compassion Fatigue: Why paramedics say “I used to care, but I don’t any more”?
When medics stop caring, bad things happen. Alan Craig discusses this growing issue, and considers how EMS culture may actually cause this problem. How can we spot people likely to become so dissatisfied, and how should we change to head this off.
Who Will Be Speaking?

Craig, Vice President – Clinical Strategies, American Medical Response – Alan joined the staff of American Medical Response in 2012 to work nationally to help develop innovative care programs for AMR and its parent company, Envision Healthcare.
