The Paramedic Chiefs of Canada Leadership Competency Framework describes the competencies and behaviors considered most important to the performance of EMS leaders throughout the country. In this session the Leadership Development Committee will build on the presentation from the 2015 PCC Conference in Niagara Falls and unveil the PCC Leadership Competency Framework. Along with an overview of the framework, the presentation will include how to use it, and describe the companion documents that will support it.
